
Day 1/Yerevan
Arrival at Zvartnots International Airport in Yerevan. Meet and greet by the Best Tour representative. Transfer to the hotel. Have a leisure day in one of the most beautiful cities in the world –Yerevan also known as a Pink City. In the evening take an opportunity to have a night tour in the Republic Square, accompanied with singing fountains and the beautiful panoramic scene of downtown. Late in the evening return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2/Yerevan – City Tour (Presidential Residence, History Museum of Armenia, North Avenue, Opera House, Cascade Complex, Megerian Carpet)
After the breakfast at the hotel start the city tour by visiting the garden of Presidential residence opened to public by the Vice President Nikol Pashinyan after the Velvet revolution from June of 2018. Continue the tour and drive to the History Museum of Armenia. It is regarded as Armenia’s national museum and has a national collection of 400,000 objects. After enjoy walking tour in North Avenue the most modern street of Yerevan. Near the North Avenue visit Opera House with a beautiful Swan Lake in front of the building. After this memorable walking tour visit the Cascade Complex. It is a giant stairway made of limestone. In the evening drive to the most traditional place of Yerevan – Megerian Carpet to master carpet weaving and traditional dish making (optional*). Return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Yerevan.
Day 3/Yerevan – Tsaghkadzor – Sevanavank Monastery – Dilijan – Haghartsin Monastery –Yerevan
After breakfast at the hotel drive to the SPA town Tsaghkadzor visit a medieval Armenian monastic complex Kecharis dating back to the 11th to 13th centuries. Drive to Tsaghkadzor ropeway (optional*) to have a unique experience at the top of Mount Teghenis. After having a stop near Lake Sevan to visit “Black Pearl” of Armenia – Sevanavank Monastery (9th century). Then move to the “Green Queen” Dilijan, also known as a Little Switzerland. Find hidden-in-the-forest Haghartsin Monastery (13th monastery). After this memorable day return to Yerevan. Overnight at the hotel in Yerevan.
Day 4/Yerevan – Garni Temple – Symphony of Stones – Geghard – Yerevan
After breakfast at the hotel. Start the tour by visiting the only remaining pagan temple of Armenia – Garni. Near the temple in a very traditional setting have master classes of lavash baking, pottery and dried fruit making. After this unforgettable cultural experience drive to one of the most well-known and beautiful natural monuments of Armenia, Symphony of Stones, formed as a result of lava flows. After transfer to medieval Geghard Monastery. The monastery originally named Ayrivank having the meaning “the Monastery of the Cave” is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site with enhanced protection status. Later return Yerevan. Visit Vernisaj for shopping (optional*). Also visit “Old Bazaar” which is now the modern supermarket, where you can find eatable souvenirs. Overnight at the hotel in Yerevan.
Day 5/Transfer to the airport
Breakfast at the hotel. Check out from the hotel. Transfer to the airport. Departure.
